you probably noticed.

The only reason why his mares can go to other stallions is...
that they bring home such a foal
thats the prove for his morally questionable ways to get what
he wants.
Most horses he has a foal from have a very strong character
and are vvvery lively. Perfect for his herd to have strong members XP

Nature is having a natural way to select stronger animals
when they fight for a female, Lyo is helping nature
by chosing lead horses and strong horses for his mares.
Sure, he could sire them all himself
But dearest Lyo thinks forward.
He is immortal..and soon there would be inbreeding in his herd,
which would cause seeeriouis problems in the next 100 years XD
