White December: Assignment1

The Entrants arrived safely in Hungary with their first Horse.
There were some less fitting breeds for a wintertrail,
but Hungary could be called "mild" anyways, compared to the other stages.
Damon and Lyo asked everyone to line up at the field near the Csobánc hill.

All the people seemed determined and had visibly a individualist character.
Damon whispered on the way to Lyo that this might be a challenge to drive them all into one direction,
he had his doubts these are ladies and gentleman who like to follow.
Vidar while then waited on the field and checked his equipment.
He saw the crowd approaching, and it was FAR more than he expected.
"lets see how many of you make it to Norway" he muttered into his scarf and collected the reins of Alexandro.
Helena aarived too and looked excited as well, she was happy to await some Mountainers at the trail.
She would be the one making sure no one gets lost during the Hungaro-Austrian stage.


When all were standing in a halfways organised line and the staff handed everyone out their maps and a compass too.
Lyo wished everyone good luck and fancied some of the horses people brought,
especially those from a Romanian stable. Damon held a short speech to welcome the entrants
and explained some cases of accidents or if someone got lost. Vidar asked him to point out
that he is not the one who will begin to run around finding people, after Damon disagreed to allow him
holding the speech, knowing he has a "raw" way to dish some facts. (aka he'd yell at people like in military)
Finally Vidar had some words to say too.
"So we gonna walk 30 km a day, your maps are marked with our first station we have to reach,
i'm glad no one came in inappropriate clothes" he wasnt referring to some outlaw trail ladies NO
"and dont forget we are here for fun. Senseless shooting, not killing, and fights behind my back are allowed,
but if you plan to prank or hold back another entrant be tricky enough for me not to notice."
he grinned before riding ahead of the entrants.
The crew of Lyo fired a cannon as starting sign and it begun.



ASSIGNMENT ONE


One morning somewhere 120 kilometers away from the starting line the entrants
awake to face high winds. On an alley of trees there's the second tree barely visible due to snowdrifts. Vidar asked
the entrants to stay close to him or Helena Nattvik if their unsure of their way.


TASK

Draw your entrant either grouping up to stay together, following Vidar or Helena, facing the way all alone
or maybe screaming around for help
Just make sure you arrive to the station before midnight x)
(remember Assignments are not a must to reach the finishline. Also the pictures are not counted on details or quality)
