Leonid Voinovich, russian Admiral, just like Damon was later.
He was a pretty damn strict father to his two sons and only daughter. But always did what was best for them x)
He just didnt accepted disrespectfull and undisciplined behaviour.
Not in his crew and not at home XD

Sándor became his friend through marriage.
Leonid's wife is Sandor's sister and both were 
big lovers of adventures and shared a passion for
interesting strategies. The bromance was real after some long nights
in company of alcohol and card games while the ladies complained about war.
Vidar and Damon often met in their childhood because of those
family meetings
