HARPG Olympics 2013 TIME SCHEDULE

The opening comes closer with huge steps and RPS only has to do some administrative work to
make the new rules, courses and registry requirements official x)

For now there is the Time Schedule and an information which events are held at Imperials, and which at Royals down in hungary.

Imperials -> the Austrian Stable
:Royale Pirate Stables -> the main stable in Hungary


This year the stables will have to decide who they send to the disciplines because for some
it will be tricky to enter more than one in the different location.
the "train" is the Majestic Imperator, a luxorious train belonging to Austria that's been rented by RPS for the Olympics: [link]

A row of wagons has been attached to safely carry the 3DE Horses in a very comfortable way down to RPS to
attend the Cross Country phase. We ask to bring most of your horses to the stable where it attends the discipline yourself
as the train has limited places for the horses especially on the day after the last phase in Austria.

Also guests are very welcome who dont enter the olympics but want to cheer for their favourite team or country!

<sup>Day one - Arrival, last preparations. Opening ceremony at Imperial Stables.
Riders and their horses arrive in the morning to get their stalls/pasture schedule.
The opening ceremony starts at 9pm in the sunken arena of Imperials and ends at midnight with a firework.
Those few who come only to driving, Endurance and Cross country can straight go to RPS and
let their horses settle in there, the ceremonies will be broadcasted at the dry lake or tavern of RPS (depending how many come)
and will be celebrated with a firework same time as at Imperials.

The weather is going to be mild with clear sky .-Austria
Humid and the wind stills all day, thundering possible at evening but no rain awaited. -Hungary


Day two - Individual show jumping and first day of the 3DE (dressage)
Show jumping starts at 10 am, held in the sunken arena.
As well the 3DE dressage phase, starting at 3pm. -Austria

The train "Majestic Imperator" leaves at 9 am for those who head now
to RPS after the ceremonies night -broadcast about the dressage and jumping all the way during the journey-
And will departure again at 20 p.m for those who watched the show and head to RPS later.

Hot without any clouds, in the evening getting windy-Hungary.


Day three - 3DE show jumping phase, individual dressage and Endurance start
Both disciplines in the sunken arena, show jumping at 10 am, dressage at 2 pm
At 9 PM the "Majestic Imperator" leaves the station for those
who are heading to the last phase of the 3DE or start at Individual Cross Country too. - Austria
Olympic Village at RPS gets alive right in the morning at 9AM to start the endurance discipline
In the afternoon mini mounted games with RPS's horses -Hungary


Cloudy and slight rain, sky will clear with nice sunset by the departure of the train - Austria
Many fluffy clouds in the sky, mild weather with a slight breeze - Hungary



Day four - Individual cross country and 3DE cross country
Individual starts at 10 am, 3DE cross country at 3 pm both at the Dry Lake and surrounding forests.
Live Broadcast at RPS for the Endurancers, a surprise-guest is going to join them with a camera team
at their Long break at the "golden beach" in Siófok -Hungary-

Those who do not start in Cross Country or Driving and decided to stay at Imperials
can watch it through a live broadcast in the sunken arena too, in the breaks
there will be mounted games with a few fierce Thoroughbreds of RPS. - Austria

Day starts bright with very sunny hours, by the evening a cool shower comes along. - Hungary



Day five - Driving and welcoming the endurance riders.
Driving starts at 10am, held on the Dry Lake. The first riders of the endurance trail are expected at 6pm-Hungary

The Majestic Imperator starts the last journey to RPS for those who want to join the closing ceremonies.

Drizzling rain, flurries during the first part of the day with a slight fog coming up, by the afternoon it gets clear. - Hungary



Day six - Result ceremony, final party
Result ceremony starts at 1pm in the Ballroom of RPS, the Endurancers receive their medals on the balcony
and are allowed to do a champagne shower down on the crowd.
At 9 p.m there will be a closing show at the dry lake with a firework at the end. Partytigers can stay up till dawn.
